Shipping rates are based on the weight, destination and shipping method. Shipping cost is calculated once you place an order.
We will contact you the shipping charge within 1-2 business days to get an order confirmation. You have a right to cancel the order if you do not agree to the shipping rate.
* Shipping fees do not cover duties/tariffs/brokerage fees/taxes. Buyer is solely responsible for those fees.
We ship out most orders within 2-3 weeks depending on order size and Standard Thai post shipping service will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you with in Thailand. You also have the option of upgrading your shipping to 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight, during checkout - at an additional charge.
Once the order has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you via the email address you provide during checkout.
Again, the rate and time are depended on the destination. We will inform you with the shipping charge and estimated shipping time within 1-2 business days after we have your order on hand.
We accept all major Credits Cards as well as Paypal.

Paypal, you MUST wait to be redirected back to
www.thenymphbkk.com, after completing payment. If you are not redirected back to us, we will not receive your order!
Upon receiving order, your credit card will be processed for pre-authorization. The orders with declined credit card on
pre-authorization:
(1) The email will be sent out to notify the customer.
(2) The order will be canceled unless we receive the valid credit card information within 48 hours of our notification.
Note: Credit Card fraud will be reported to the FBI immediately. Cookies, email address, IP information, and delivery address will be forwarded.
5. What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum orders size!
However we do recommend you to order some good amount as there is some minimum quantity in order to be qualified for our wholesale prices.
6. Where are products manufactured?
All of our products are designed by talented Thai designers and manufactured in Thailand!
Be sure to check out our newest products often, as we are always adding all new jewelry and apparel.
7. What is your prices and availability policy?
Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Once in a while, an item may unexpectedly sell out. In this case, we will hold the order until we get the item back in stock. If we can not get the item for a week or more, we will backorder the item, shipping the rest of your order and ship the backordered item once we get it in.
The colors shown on the products are an approximation of the original colors, and may vary on your computer system.
8. What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the jewelry and apparel items you receive, we accept returns up to 7 days after the order has been delivered to the customer. The process for making a return is as follows:
- You must include a copy of your original invoice in the return box, as well as a note explaining why the item is being returned.
- All items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging.
- We will give a refund, minus shipping & handling and discounts.
- All products must be received back in the original package and condition in which they were shipped.
- TheNymphBkk.com reserves the right to charge a 30% restocking fee on your order.
TheNymphBkk.com does not assume responsibility for packages held by customs in its destination country. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. TheNymphBkk.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time with no notice or explanation.
9. What happen with lost Parcels?
TheNymphBkk.com is not responsible for the lost/missing insured parcels during the transportation. In case of such an event that the insured parcel is missing or lost, TheNymphBkk.com will submit the insurance claim for the customer. TheNymphBkk.com cannot credit customer's account until the insurance claim is successfully resolved, and the TheNymphBkk.com receives the fund from the shipper. Also, the shipping charge for the lost parcels is excluded from the insurance coverage, and TheNymphBkk.com cannot credit/refund the original shipping charge. Please note that the most of the shipping company’s policy requires a 60-day waiting period before submitting for an insurance claim.
10. Does our jewelry tarnish?
With all plated jewelry, there is a chance that it will tarnish, but if you take care of it properly, it will last beautifully, for a very long time! Do not ever clean jewelry with abrasives or gold or silver cleaner/polish. All it takes to properly care for any costume jewelry piece is a few gentle wipes with a soft, damp cloth (water only - never cleaning products or chemicals).
